This day was bad enough to start off. I had a bit of conflict with my boyfriend because he was not that supportive of this trip. I felt he was uncomfortable. But I assured him there was nothing to worry about.
Cherry and I had to wake up as early as 3AM to go to Moalboal. I was uneasy. I thought about going back to the city but I just can't abandon my CouchSurfing friends. That would be rude and irresponsible. So, I went to Moalboal anyway. I tried reaching my boyfriend but I started to sense he doesn't want to talk. I am not clingy to I let him. I gave him space. I focused all my attention on the trip. I was looking forward to this for days and now that I am here, I am going to make the most of it.
We had an amazing island hopping despite the jellyfish sting on my legs. Snorkeling in Moalboal was astounding but not as great as El Nido. We finished early, around 10AM. None of us had any food so after we left the boat, our first task was to find a restaurant. We found this nearby restaurant in HK Resort. We are all tired from swimming and for all the other activities we did in the past two days. So sitting there in the restaurant was good time to relax. The four us were chatting and then suddenly, a man with a big smile appeared on my right side. He had a big smile and I was like, "Oh my God! It's you again!". I was genuinely happy. What are the odds!? He asked if he could join us for lunch and we agreed, of course. We started talking about travel stories. He is fun and chatty. For the most part, I was actually glad that he joined us, we needed someone to pacify Toni. To be honest, I didn't listen to most of his stories, I could only look at his eyes, my God, I was mesmerized. His eyes are so blue and beautiful. I was lost just by looking at it. And then finally, the moment I've been waiting for, I can't help but asked his name. He said, "Olivier but you can call me Oliver, it is easier.". Finally! My mind is at peace knowing his name.we continued talking about more random things. The food arrived. Then, to my surprise, he asked for all our Facebook names and emails. I was like, "Oh wow, yey!". So I went to the counter and asked for paper and pen. I also asked for his personal email just in case our Facebook names won't work. We would have spent a lot more time talking but Toni wanted to leave because of the waterfalls. We agreed as we don't have the luxury of time. We parted ways but I'm quite happy because I now have his Facebook name. But that's it. Nothing more. I was in a relationship this time so I can't be more than friends with him. Like I have chance, ha!
So moved to the waterfalls. I saw him, riding his motorbike. He is so cool. But I told myself, "I can't be with a guy a like that. Not only because I have a boyfriend already but he might be a womanizer. He has been travelling for years, he might have girlfriends everywhere!"
So the four of us went to Kawasan Falls. We had a lot of fun going on a raft and go below the waterfalls. We also went to the second falls where everyone swinged like Tarzan on the rope. It was awesome. Just around 5PM, we went back to the main road. I saw a friend request from "Olivier Poncelet". This must be him. I accepted without hesitation.

Second Meeting
We woke up early to witness the sunrise from our host's backyard. Although we were still tired and sleepy, we have to leave early to make it to the Whaleshark divepoint. It was a really fun adventure. We hired a camera so we can take photos underwater. Afterwards, I needed to collect the photos. So I followed this lady who was holding the camera. And then, I bumped into the guy from yesterday. I was so surprised, my tired eyes popped open. So, we made a little chitchat. I lost contact with the lady who has got all our photos. I was torn. I wanted to talk more to this guy but I wanted to run after to the lady. It was kinda hard but I had to leave this guy so I can look for the lady. Then again, I felt so stupid not knowing about this guy's name. Well, I thought it is for the better. I can't be involved with him. I have a boyfriend.

First Meeting
I've always been a fan of travelling. This is one of the main reasons why I joined CouchSurfing. I have used this site a few times since I joined last July. When I went to Singapore, I stayed for 6 nights with a very kind Indian host named Paul. My gratitude is never ending because me and my friend Rhez saved a lot of money on our trip.
A few days ago, there is a Chinese traveler named Cherry who will be visiting Cebu on the 3rd til the 7th. Fortunately, she will be visiting on a weekend plus the 6th is a holiday. So, I made arrangements with her to make an out of town trip, somewhere South. She asked if there are others coming too because it will be more fun and convenient in terms of cost sharing. So I posted on the local forum for other joiners. Luckily, there were 2 others that joined, Yuta and Toni.
All four of us stayed at our German host named Claudia in Harry's Stichery - such a beautiful neighborhood. After a short rest and meet-and-greet, the original plan was to go to OsmeƱa Peak in the afternoon but the weather did not permit. It was a rainy afternoon and going up the peak would be tricky and foggy. So as per Toni's suggestion, we will be going to Tumalog Falls instead. However, me, Cherry and Yuta were all hungry so we decided to look for food first before we head to the falls. Toni suggested a restaurant near the Whaleshark Divepoint.
We went to Sunrise Grill - good location and ambiance. There was only four of us in the restaurant. After we ordered, we spent a few minutes exchanging travel stories. Then suddenly, everyone kept quiet and heard a small argument on the next table. I didn't notice someone else came in to the restaurant. I looked at the guy. He is SO GORGEOUS that I told myself, "Why can't be my boyfriend be like that?" I laughed at myself. "I will never have a chance with a guy like that." , I added.
And then this guy took notice of us. Then he asked us about our nationalities. We asked him to guess. He guessed right all others except mine. He thought I was Thai or Korean. Then finally on the third guess, he got it right. I can tell he is a friendly person. And his smile, my god his smile is the sweetest thing I ever saw. I was attracted to him. And it sucks to know that I was in a relationship that time. Even if not, he can only be in my dreams. A gorgeous guy like that can never be mine.
So anyways, we continued conversing about the whalesharks. We mentioned about our plans for tomorrow and his too. And then that was it. We didn't even exchange names whatsoever. We finished our food and headed to Tumalog Falls. He was left there, alone enjoying his beer.
Later that night, I still can't shake the feeling about him. I didn't even know his name. Of course I felt guilty being attracted to another man since I was in a relationship. But I figured, it was a harmless indulgence. It's not like we will ever meet again.
